all of these have specific influences on parts of my life, but god hand is a recent realization. i played it a decade ago and loved it, but lately i've been thinking about it a lot and realized how much it has influenced me. (mainly animation, game design, etc. not really the story and graphics lol)

the vast majority of 3d programs are on linux because it's an extremely nerdy, programming heavy field, so they're probably straight up developing it on linux it's mostly adobe that doesn't support linux

i assume my mesh was corrupted in some way, it happens. but i have no non manifold geo or ngons. and mesh and joint deformations are quite literally some of the simplest 3d math ever. so like. what is the issue man

i try to tell people that maya doesn't actually crash that often, it's usually cause you're doing something stupid and you eventually learn what stupid things crash it but having to reimport my mesh as an fbx to fix a really weird crash from just constraining a joint is. uh. Testing that belief

i think a top 100 list of ANY tv show is way too broad, compared to, like, top 100 films. there's a lot more variety and different bars of quality. you can't just pick and choose seasons and a reality show is not even in the ballpark as the majority of this list and several other contenders
