How am I even a functioning human? Just got sleep study results: I stop breathing over 40 times per minute with sats going as low as 60%. I'm not even any use for spare parts any more 🤣 CPAP here we come 😬

It’s finally hit the news. The charity I worked for closed suddenly. We all got a call yesterday to say that’s it. We ran a 24/7 suicide prevention helpline for young people. It’s gone. Closed without warning. 3 days before World Suicide Prevention Day. www.itv.com/news/granada...

Cats notice more than we think! Mine are always very loving, but they've literally been rotating who is on me since I got in my my infusion yesterday. They always seem to know when I'm less well than usual.

Overcome with hopelessness today. I dragged myself up to wash my hair so I don't have to do it later (placement tomorrow), now crawling back into bed with my book for a bit- maybe I just need to sit with the sadness for a while.

So, today was the day to find out that I am very allergic to deep heat! I am very glad I did a test patch on the absolute tiniest bit of skin possible (less than 5mm) and that still caused a reaction from my hand to my neck 😳
