🚨🐰 Ok bunny lovers, share this far & wide! 🐰🚨 Zooh Corner, a sanctuary for elderly & special needs rabbits, was burnt to the ground in the #EatonFire in Los Angeles. They got all the rabbits out, but have lost absolutely everything else 💔 See next tweets on how to help:

❤️‍🩹🐇 An update/reminder about Zooh Corner 🐇❤️‍🩹 (Twitter has shadow banned me so pls share!) I'm hoping we can help reach the GoFundMe goal - or even exceed it!! They are not expecting much from FEMA & are worried about finding a new home for them & the bunnies. Please donate & share - links below 👇

Screenshot of Facebook post from Cat Logsdon - part 1:

Friends. We went up to the property for the second time yesterday. Meeting with the FEMA investigator in hopes that we can get some help from them. Seeing the property again just proved to us how much still in
shock we truly are, because it absolutely took our breath away - the enormity of our loss and grief. How can these ashes, these broken shards of glass, these bits and pieces-some barely recognizable, some not recognizable at all -be all that is left of the lives we have created œfor ourselves over decades. . . our whole lives?

I know I have not been on social media a lot, I have not been posting many updates, and please forgive me for that. It is not that we aren't immensely humbled and grateful for your care and generosity, it's just that it's
so so difficult. So excruciatingly painful. But I wanted to post a few photos from yesterday

I also wanted to let people know that the disaster did not just go away with the incoming news cycle. We are all still here, we are lost, we are grieving, we are grappling for our lives. Thousands of us.

Kevin and I are hoping to go up again next weekend to perhaps salvage something? And hoping the rain does not make it worse than it is.

Screenshot of Facebook post from Cat Logsdon - part 2:

Please know we appreciate everything. The kindness, the gestures, the shares, the donations. Thank you.

Many have asked how you can help us directly, and our friends running the GoFundMe have asked us to share
that again as well. So following is that information. It is still an uncomfortable ask, but it is necessary. We truly need all the help we can get to start a new, for us, the
bunnies, and the rescue. Even being in the middle of this, it's hard to fathom that after all these years we have to start again with nothing.

Please also consider sharing, and please comment in
the thread to help this post get seen by more people.

OUR PERSONAL FUND INFO

*This personal fund information comes directly to Kevin and me. It is not tax deductible. If you would rather donate to the rescue than to us, you can look further down on the page for more information, or message me, and I will give you that information as
well. A few people have made donations to PayPal saying that it was for us, but that goes to the rescue, We are grateful for all. But we are focusing on the personal fundraiser at this moment because we need to be able to find space for us the Bunnies and Rescue in
the coming months, as more rental space becomes available.

Please help us welcome a new Zooh Corner Rabbit Rescue Sanctuary Rabbit

HAMBONE JONES!

Freedom pics and first moments in new sanctuary home, with Zooh Corner's VP Susan. (obviously Kevin and I cannot take on anyone new time being)
Quick video because he would not stay still long enough for a photo in his new digs. He's happy.

This little guy was at OC Animal Care. Seven years old, with some obvious health issues. Nasal discharge, ocular discharge, and had a swollen, enlarged testicle, so they neutered him. Unfortunately, he's still having trouble in that area. He will be seen Marc Silpac SilExotic Animal Veterinary Center, on Monday.

Hoping none of his issues are too awful. Poor little guy

He's super friendly, a bit agitated, and wants to be held and loved. Susan says he calms down as soon as you pick him up, and he snuggles right into her. How cute is that?

A group of photos of the new bunny from Cat Logsdon's Facebook post, with the text "So grateful that Susan was willing and able to take this Sill guy in. We need all the positive we can gather around us right now."

That didn't take long. And apparently the idea of changing the law/amendment/constitution to give Trump another term was beyond the realm of possibility... .

A screenshot from Twitter:

Amendment Proposed to Allow Trump Third Term

Republican Congressman Andy Ogles has introduced a constitutional amendment proposal to potentially allow former President Donald Trump to run for office again, amending the 22nd Amendment which currently limits presidents to two terms. This amendment would permit presidents who have not served consecutive terms to seek
a third term, but does not apply to those like Obama who served two consecutive terms.

A screenshot of a tweet from Rep. Andy Ogles that says "I just introduced a resolution to amend the 22nd Amendment to allow President Trump to seek a third term. Read the details 👇" and then a link to his website with details about the amendment.
