Because of course they know that I will now be sucked into looking at my sleep and heart rate and get the fucking premium package. I swear that stuff used to be free, but I'm also pretty sure the watch I paid $425 for, used to be like $1,000, so I guess this is capitalism working? Yay, I guess.

So the first month is basically is such a low dose, it's more of a "do they have any adverse reactions". I ate less, but wasn't really losing anything. At 4mg, I started noticing. Lost 20 and then gained 3 and just sat there. Then to 9mg and sat at same weight for a week and now it's going down.

I remember when it came out, I was kind of disappointed with it, but years later when I went back to it, I was surprised how good it was. Not sure what I found disappointing about it when it came out. Fugazi doesn't have a weak album.
