AI is flooding the world now with "decent" work. Decent is easy now. What's still rare is work that makes someone stop and say "wait, why and how?" That kind of work still takes time and care. Not a lot of people are willing to go that extra mile but I'd argue you should.

Over the last few months, this started to change, because as HelpKit grows, so do our customers. It turned out I had some really unoptimized functions that would HOG memory. So I just shipped some fixes for HelpKit that improved one of my backend services by 2,500% 😎 Great start into the week!

There's now enough HelpKit help centers out in the world that customers' products go viral more and more frequently. I had some creeping memory issues for one of my backend services for HelpKit that weren't ideal, but in most cases weren't really affecting the actual service.

I'm using now: – cmux: Ghostty based terminal with vertical sidebar – Claude Code: You know what it is – lazygit: very powerful but easy to use git TUI

I really like the layout I had going with Cursor but the past few months the memory usage just got out of hand + all those super annoying extension bugs (VS Code fault) that hog even more memory made me switch to a full terminal setup.

Really digging my current AI coding setup. Super lightweight. Made for quick keyboard shortcut navigation.

Reddit MCP Server | Connect Claude, Cursor & ChatGPT to Reddit - Redreach
Redreach's MCP server brings Reddit opportunities, brand mentions, your DM outreach CRM and AI reply drafts into Claude, Cursor and ChatGPT. Find threads worth replying to, report on mentions, and keep your team in sync. Setup takes 2 minutes.

5. "How did we do on Reddit last week?" Mentions, sentiment, and which subreddits drive the conversation. 6. "Is anyone waiting on a DM reply from us?" Checks your outreach CRM for leads still waiting on you. There's a bunch of more things you can do since it now lives in your AI agent. 5/6

Writes it in your voice, from your saved prompts. 4. "Improve our landing page based on negative Reddit mentions of our competitors." This is one of my favorites. In Claude Code or Cursor, competitor complaints could turn into copy on your own landing page.T 4/6

Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 22/09/2026
Pulls highly relevant threads with real purchase intent, ranked, minus the ones your team already handled. 2. "Where are my competitors being mentioned?" Finds every thread where a competitor gets named and reads the full conversation. 3. "Draft a reply to this one. Helpful, not salesy." 3/6

Redreach does the heavy lifting: qualified, ranked Reddit posts and mentions, right when you need them. Your agents do the rest. You can ask things like: 1. "What should I reply to on Reddit today?" 2/6

Today I'm launching the Redreach MCP. You can now do your Reddit growth marketing inside your own agent workflows. Works with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Codex and any other MCP client. 2-minute setup. 1/6

i am obsessed with tiny micro interactions. been thinking about how to best communicate the new MCP feature for Redreach.ai so i decided to create this animated eyebrow rather than navigating immediately on click i thought it might be cool to first see a glimpse of what it can do with your agents

Working on the final brushes for the Redreach MCP launch video today. Absolutely crazy how fast you can make high quality videos launch videos now with a little help of AI (Remotion) and a bit of creative cutting in Capcut. What a time!

This is one of those "marketing hacks" you can't fully predict will work but when they do it's amazing.

I initially thought very few will keep it, I even added a way to add an affiliate link to perhaps incentivise them more but it turns out a lot of companies tell me they want to simply keep it in as a "token of gratitude for the great support I give them".

– They then decide to keep the "Powered by HelpKit" badge on their help site – HelpKit gets the backlink juice = happy days 💪 What's most interesting is that, we don't enforce this badge like some other companies do. Even on the cheapest plan you can remove it if you want.

A nice side effect of a product led SaaS is that you get a high domain authority almost for "free". Today HelpKit reached a DA of 71 🎉 – Companies use HelpKit as their help center – They connect their own company subdomain

It's only Tuesday and we already scored a massive W for the week, friends! Pocket, one of the most beautifully designed physical products in 2026 imo, is using HelpKit.so for their user setup/onboarding guides. Literally just found out about it because I was browsing their website. Very stoked!

Someone on Reddit asked which app has the best accompanying website and someone mentioned Juicy! Very flattered! (◠﹏◠) Probably would have not caught the mention without Redreach 💪

Juicy might not make me a millionaire but it sure does keep me happy and motivated. B2C is crazy addicting to me. I feel like I can impact way more people (even with something as small as a Mac battery app!) and it's so nice to see people go out of their way to send feedback like this.

Any one of you who ever stumbled on, or maybe even did a really cool and nicely designed interactive online course? I'm thinking specifically about things like apps like Brilliant but for web and perhaps a different niche 🙋‍♂️

Juicy's Mac app and landing page now speaks 10+ languages 🇺🇸🇬🇧🇩🇪🇫🇷🇪🇸🇮🇹🇯🇵🇨🇳🇰🇷🇷🇺🇵🇹🇧🇷 This was definitely a grind. I used Fable for the bulk part of it and even with Fable I had to come in and still correct a lot. Stoked this is finally out!

5. Improve the prompt and context 6. Use both reviewed languages for the remaining translations 7. Ship 8. Let native users help fix the last few rough strings If anyone has some tips, def would love to know!

Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 24/07/2026
It’s been live for 3 days and I’ve already received a good amount of useful corrections. My current workflow: 1. Clean up the English source copy 2. Translate into a language you speak 3. Make sure prompt AI to use dynamic equivalence 4. Review the mistakes
100
Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 24/07/2026
“Juicy now speaks your language. If anything looks funny or weird, please let me know.” Users can rate the translation and submit feedback directly inside Juicy. The anonymous feedback gets sent to Logsnag, where I can review and fix it.

Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 24/07/2026
I could’ve spent weeks trying to make every language perfect, but I’d still have no proper way to verify Japanese, Korean, Chinese or Russian myself. So I shipped it. 6. Build feedback directly into the app I added a prominent feedback button that says:
100
Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 24/07/2026
That gave the model much more context around what each string was supposed to mean. The quality improved a lot. 5. Don’t wait for perfect translations Even with a better prompt and more context, there were still mistakes.
100
Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 24/07/2026
That helped me improve the translation process before moving on to the other languages. 4. Use 2 reviewed languages as context Once the English and German versions were solid, I fed both into the other translations.
100
Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 24/07/2026
3. Start with a language you speak I first cleaned up the English version, then translated the entire app into German. Because I speak German, I could quickly spot where the model misunderstood the copy or where my prompts lacked context.
100
Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 24/07/2026
That often breaks UI copy because sentence structure, tone and wording don’t carry over cleanly between languages. What worked much better was asking it to preserve the meaning and intent, while rewriting the sentence naturally for the target language.
100
Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 24/07/2026
Some translations were awkward, some misunderstood the feature, and a few German strings somehow became weirdly sexual. So yes, you still need to review the output. 2. Ask for dynamic equivalence AI tends to translate too literally.
100
Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 24/07/2026
1. The best model still makes dumb mistakes I used the best model available to me which is Fable 5 and expected the output to be pretty solid. It wasn’t. This kinda showed me that AGI is def not here yet, haha.

Here’s the exact process I used to translate my Mac app Juicy into 10+ languages with AI 🗣️ 🌐 I could’ve hired translators, but managing 10 separate translations sounded slow and expensive, so I tried doing the first pass myself. A few things I learned:

Juicy: Beautiful Mac battery alerts, health insights & charge limit | Product Hunt
Juicy replaces Apple's basic battery warnings with beautiful custom alerts at any percentage, complete with screen glow and sounds you can't miss. It also packs charge limiting, per-app energy insights, iPhone and iPad battery health, temperature tracking, and a themeable menu bar icon. One lightweight native Swift app instead of stacking AlDente, coconutBattery, and AirBuddy. Pay once, own forever. Featured twice by Apple as "Apps We Love".

Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 10/07/2026
Fast forward to today: Apple has featured it twice as "Apps We Love" and the review rating is nearly 100% positive. Someone even called it "the battery app Apple should've built" 🫢 With version 1.5 Juicy has now become (I'm biased) the most modern and powerful battery app for Mac.

I remember days pre AI where I’d work on a feature for an entire week (that now takes me less than a day) and still go to bed feeling great and happy. Now, there’s seemingly never enough. What do I do to fix this? Anyone else having similar feelings?

Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 30/06/2026
Run more agents in parallel, run them while I’m eating, while being in the gym, heck they should do work while I sleep! You get the gist. It sometimes drives me nuts lol

Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 30/06/2026
Yet, I feel like I have achieved nothing at the end of the day. I go to bed lots of times lately feeling unaccomplished. There’s this lingering thought of I could’ve done more.

AI lowkey fucked up my productivity in a way I didn’t expect and I’m not sure how to feel about it. On any given day: I code more than ever. I ship features faster than ever. I do more marketing than ever before. I even make slightly more money than before.

That's Juicy 1.5. Charge limiting, health tracking, energy insights, iPhone and iPad diagnostics, every device in one place. All native Swift. Plenty of apps do one of these. Juicy does all of them now. Better. Check out Juicy yourself here 👉 getjuicy.app
