There's now enough HelpKit help centers out in the world that customers' products go viral more and more frequently. I had some creeping memory issues for one of my backend services for HelpKit that weren't ideal, but in most cases weren't really affecting the actual service.

Really digging my current AI coding setup. Super lightweight. Made for quick keyboard shortcut navigation.

Today I'm launching the Redreach MCP. You can now do your Reddit growth marketing inside your own agent workflows. Works with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Codex and any other MCP client. 2-minute setup. 1/6

i am obsessed with tiny micro interactions. been thinking about how to best communicate the new MCP feature for Redreach.ai so i decided to create this animated eyebrow rather than navigating immediately on click i thought it might be cool to first see a glimpse of what it can do with your agents

Working on the final brushes for the Redreach MCP launch video today. Absolutely crazy how fast you can make high quality videos launch videos now with a little help of AI (Remotion) and a bit of creative cutting in Capcut. What a time!

A nice side effect of a product led SaaS is that you get a high domain authority almost for "free". Today HelpKit reached a DA of 71 🎉 – Companies use HelpKit as their help center – They connect their own company subdomain

It's only Tuesday and we already scored a massive W for the week, friends! Pocket, one of the most beautifully designed physical products in 2026 imo, is using HelpKit.so for their user setup/onboarding guides. Literally just found out about it because I was browsing their website. Very stoked!

Someone on Reddit asked which app has the best accompanying website and someone mentioned Juicy! Very flattered! (◠﹏◠) Probably would have not caught the mention without Redreach 💪

Juicy might not make me a millionaire but it sure does keep me happy and motivated. B2C is crazy addicting to me. I feel like I can impact way more people (even with something as small as a Mac battery app!) and it's so nice to see people go out of their way to send feedback like this.

Customer of GetJuicy.app loving it so much they decided to entirely replace and delete two apps they used before with it. Juicy FTW 💪

Juicy's Mac app and landing page now speaks 10+ languages 🇺🇸🇬🇧🇩🇪🇫🇷🇪🇸🇮🇹🇯🇵🇨🇳🇰🇷🇷🇺🇵🇹🇧🇷 This was definitely a grind. I used Fable for the bulk part of it and even with Fable I had to come in and still correct a lot. Stoked this is finally out!

Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 24/07/2026

Here’s the exact process I used to translate my Mac app Juicy into 10+ languages with AI 🗣️ 🌐 I could’ve hired translators, but managing 10 separate translations sounded slow and expensive, so I tried doing the first pass myself. A few things I learned:

FRIENDS I'm launching Juicy TOMORROW FRIDAY on Product Hunt 😻 It's been a while since I launched something on PH. Feel a bit rusty but it's finally time. Juicy is now one if not the best battery app for Mac so it deserves a proper launch 🥹 Would love to get your support 👉👈

🔌 Power Flow Visualization A live animated view of power moving between your adapter, battery and Mac, with the real wattage flowing in and out. It's oddly mesmerizing but most importantly will tell if your power source is strong enough or it might be time to switch to a more powerful one.

📱 iPhone & iPad Battery Health Plug in your iPhone or iPad and Juicy reads its real battery health, cycle count, temperature and lifetime stats right there on your Mac. No extra app. Just the numbers your devices usually keep to themselves.

Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 23/06/2026

📊 App Energy Use & Battery Insights Ever wonder what apps are quietly draining your battery? Now you can see it. Juciy now shows energy use broken down by app, what's running right now, and history across 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days. Juicy even flags an app when it starts misbehaving.

Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 23/06/2026

🔋 Charge Limit & Battery Care The big one that @JuicyMacBattery was missing. Juicy now ships charging limits with heat protection, smart sleep mode, sail mode and even automatic discharge. Cap charging wherever you want to keep your battery in the healthy 50 to 80 range.

🧃 Juicy 1.5 is live and honestly I think it has become the most powerful battery app on Mac! Juicy started as a battery alert app. Few months later it now limits your charging, tracks real battery health, shows you which apps are draining you, and reads your iPhone's battery too. 👇 What's new:

Apple now featured Juicy for the second time on the homepage under "Apps We Love" and it resulted in a consistent 3x more app sales per day compared to when not featured. It's absolutely insane 🙏 Thx Tim Apple. If it could only stay featured forever 🤣

Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 17/06/2026

Juicy has been featured by Apple for a SECOND time as "Apps We Love Right Now" 🤯 🥳 Woke up today, checked Revenuecat and was like what the helly is going on: way more sales than usual past few days. Then I remembered the last time this has happened was when Juicy get featured for the first time.

Got interviewed by Stripe. We talk about: – why I charge from day one, – why I only build things I personally need, – and how a stranger in Bali once recommended my own product back to me without knowing I built it. Also got into the real stuff: burnout, loneliness and more. Full interview ↓

Stripe rebuilt the entire Cheeky Pint pub for the conference this year and somehow I got the chance to talk to Mark for a small interview. Will publish it asap! Shoutout also to Evelyn for the brain behind the entire idea of the podcast.

🚀 Juicy v.1.4.0 is live! Juicy now monitors all your devices, not just your Mac 📲 🎧 This feature got requested A LOT so I obviously had to build it. Juicy now supports AirPods, all Magic devices, Beats, even your iPhone and iPad all in one place with the same beautiful alerts.

HelpKit is now almost five years old, and during this time, many customers have been sticking around for nearly the entire lifespan of the company. This means I've had ongoing conversations with some individuals in support.

Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 22/04/2026

Be me: 1. Work on a Mac battery app that shows you low battery alerts at any percent 👍 2. Work from a public library but forget to bring your charger 👎 3. Get a Juicy 2% battery alert notification thrown in your face telling you to stop your work and go home 🏡🚶🏽‍♂️ I got to finish before it died 🤷‍♂️

Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 21/04/2026

Yoooo yours truly is going to SF for the first time! 🇺🇸 🌁 Will be there end of April until early May for the Stripe Sessions conference but will hang around for a few more days after to explore the city and hopefully meet some cool folks. Any tips? Who should I meet? :)

So far, so good. 100% positive reviews on Setapp 💜 GetJuicy.app taking over the Mac battery world step by step, hehe.

Here’s the how I self-publish my Mac battery app Juicy including the tools I use. Since GetJuicy.app is now available for direct download it needs to handle licenses, be stored somewhere for the download, manage over the air updates and more. 1/10

Google is now using Reddit as a source for their new "What people are saying" box. Google ranks Reddit sources in their top 5 SERPs, LLMs continue to train their data on Reddit and now this. If you haven't had the time to start using Redreach.ai to grow on Reddit this might be the time!

Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 14/04/2026

As a kid, I loved those scratch-to-reveal gift cards. Unfortunately, those moments are rare in today's digital world. That's why, starting now, when you purchase a direct license for Juicy, you'll need to scratch the license card to reveal your Juicy license key.

🍃 Low Power Mode Toggle Quickly switch Low Power Mode on and off right from the Juicy menu bar dropdown. No more digging through System Settings like it's 2015. One click. Done. I have so many cool things planned! Juicy is going to become the only Mac battery app you’ll ever need.

000

Dominik Sobe @dominiksobe.com · 13/04/2026

🔕 Auto-Dismiss Battery Notifications You know those macOS battery notifications in the top right corner of your screen? Gone. Juicy now automatically dismisses them so you don't have to lift a finger. One less thing between you and your work. You're welcome.

Completely rebuilt the Redreach mobile experience to make it feel more like a real app experience. I use RR quite a lot on my phone and honestly didn't like how some things felt. Not anymore! Reddit marketing now on ya phone, no install needed! 😉

Redreach now supports Email, Slack, Telegram and Webhook notifications for Reddit alerts. Super excited for this! People have been asking for this for a while but I had some technical debt to clear first which took a bit of time. Now everything's prepared for even faster ships 💪
