Useful as his smooth rubbery body and anti-slip patched front and hindpaws don't offer much grip nor help. And that float ring is slightly messing with swimming but he manages. The hypno swirled otter is sure to do all kinds of things for Team Rocket! He can't think of anything else after all.~
