Sad to see so many online spaces lack funding to survive. I'm launching a decentralized "social network" for art: an experimental curatorial project powered by solidarity and cooperation. Each independent node is hosted by artists on their website as a webpage, also to reduce costs.

The problem with #digitalart is that it just became a playground for investors and startuppers with their corporate mindset. Most of the people I see involved in digital art talk about ecosystems and funnels, creating, launching, and scaling new, innovative art business ventures. D'OH!

Using AI to make art is not enough. I am shifting towards mixed media portrait paintings. AI is part of this process. I generate AI portraits, I use AI to generate some images to include as collage, but again, just making art with AI just doesn't feel enough anymore.
