I often feel in myself a kind of duality that I struggle to articulate. I made crysopraise.itch.io/left-right-a... to try sort of. But yeah this game kind of spoke that part of me as well.

I think the themes of inversion also really spoke to me... I'm not sure how to put it... There is the self that faces the world and the self that doesn't... A deep and rich interior that craves to be known but can only be understood through great effort.

I think it's a game that might be hard for a lot of people to engage with fully, but it's also one I want more people to play. I want more games to experiment with mechanics, with expectations, and push the boundaries of what a game can be, rather then just retread the same experiences.

I really enjoyed getting the regular ending, but coming back and seeing the way the rest of it unfolded was really magical. Not many games ask you to engage with glitches as a integral part of engaging with the game, that asks you to think so far outside the box.

I really wanted to beat the last level at regular speed but they encouraged me to do it slower on my first try... I'm glad I did because actually some of those jumps were so difficult lol. But I'd like to come back and try again at regular speed sometime.

I played it with my friend and it was really fun discovering the secrets of the game together. The puzzles, especially the Starlight Valley one, were so cool and clever. Truly this game feels imbued with magic.

This game was so good! It pushed the limit of what I thought I could do in a platformer, but it felt amazing to complete the harder levels. However, I only beat 13 levels and I saw an end screen screenshot that said 25 levels.... I guess there are a lot of secret levels??

It's twice as hard to practice neat lines and form at the same time. Its ok to make lots of mistakes. It should be messy! 早く放して書け！

可愛い絵大好きだニャー！ I have a tip for Tsuneko (feel free to ignore). Tsuneko is very careful with their lines. However you don't need nice lines for timed sessions. The reason its timed is so you don't worry about the details. The goal is to learn to draw the overall shape and form.

I heart about this game around march or april closer to when it started, then I completely forgot about it til last week. I tried Soup and was really inspired to make something. Throwing this together was more tiring then I thought it would be but I'm glad to have made it.

when I was a kid they still had looney toons on cable. but I imagine most kids don't watch cable anymore... maybe its on netflix? actually the idea of a 12 y/o watching looney toons compilations on youtube is pretty funny to me

you just don't really know why or how it made someone feel. but somehow it did

thinking about times I've gotten feedback from strangers. when a youtuber played my bitsy and said "I hope this person is ok". the time a mutual id never spoken to dm'd me that they really liked my other bitsy. that renpy that felt so about my own bullshit but a couple ppl said it spoke to them...
