A week ago my dog decided to take ME for a walk. I ended up on the pavement, I have a black eye & what I think are either torn ligaments or a dislocated elbow. Can't grip a thing, my arm hurts so bad. I've been living on Tylenol & meloxicam. When xrays were done at the ER, the doc says the xrays (1)

Ok, so I started Zepbound just a little over a month ago. Doc says to make sure I get Vit D & plenty of fiber. So, I decided I would try to make a low fat smoothie. I bought low fat yogurt, 2%milk, bananas, & frozen strawberries. OMG! Why didn't people tell me what I was missing? It was so good!

Big mystery in my house. Went outside yesterday to play with the dog & I saw something that looked like a black glass tile laying in the grass. I picked it up & it was an IPad! Just started Zepbound three weeks ago. Already down 10lbs. I have absolutely NO appetite & actually get nauseous looking at sweet things. I used to down a whole row of Oreos & now I get sick when I smell them. 10 down, 40 to go!

Ok, so we applied to adopt a dog that was returned 2x to a rescue. We have lived in our home for 30 yrs. Due to a legality, the house is in trust for my husband's kids. We pay all the maintenance & taxes. We have adopted other dogs with no issues. The homeowners ins is in our name. The rescue🧵

Because I love my husband I made him a meal of T-Bone steak with mushrooms, roasted potatoes, & a lobster tail. For dessert, I gave him chocolate lava cake. When he finished, he looks at me & says "what did you do now?". Guess I can't make a decent meal without wanting or needing something. 🤷‍♀️

Why is it I have no problem watching a commercial about kids with cancer yet I can't watch commercials about animals that need help? I have to mute the TV every single time. Please don't get me started about the Kars for Kids commercial. That comes on & I want to blow up the TV.
