When you refuse to answer questions and refuse to release your own costs, then someone else will take your promises and estimate what that costs. Super easy to defeat the notion. release your numbers on what it will cost. Supposedly he's doing so Tuesday, it's taken him long enough... I mean he's been at this for 3 years right?
