If there’s anyone we should hand it to, it’s the writers and directors of 1980’s sci-fi/action movies. So many depictions of a dystopian technofutures filled with angular vehicles on fire and covered with spray painted slogans against the current fascist regime. They kind of nailed it.

This is a photo taken from the Austin subreddit, showing a Tesla Cybertruck spray painted with the words “Nazi Fuck.” The photo was taken in front of the Austin city offices downtown during South by Southwest music conference. The truck is not actually on fire. But it’s a Tesla, so the odds aren’t exactly in its favor.

So I did today’s Apple News mini crossword in 16 seconds. Which put me in the top 350 on the global leaderboard. So, okay neat. But how - and I do mean HOW - are people finishing the daily mini in under 3 seconds? It takes a couple seconds at least to read all the clues. I call major shenanigans.
