Small joys in life - it has been over 15 years since I have been on a sailboat. Thanks to my friends Ram and Gili, I was on the water again yesterday for 6 glorious hours of rejuvenation and reconnection with the wind and water. There are no bad days on the water! #sailing #boston #equinimity
