I also think it is unable to explore the dialectics with the procedures/reality tv harming them, but they appreciate the community they developed with each other. Yes, they're resilient. but I don't think the end should be girls going I'M GLAD WE MET EACH OTHER and lip synching a p*nk song.

I think the doc suffers a similar fate to the antm one- I want these women to find relief and tell these stories, but I don't think that is necessarily enough to have a documentary be the focus of it. The societal impact is treated as a teaser and not the thread that should run throughout it.
