We immediately investigated a concern regarding unauthorized use of artist decals in Marathon and confirmed that a former Bungie artist included these in a texture sheet that was ultimately used in-game.

Lots of text to say this: Lucky.

Today marks 10 years since I hit the road to start a career in gamedev.

Many thanks to every single individual who’s been a part of the journey.

Wouldn’t still be grinding without colleagues that have helped me to grow. Lessons and teachings to help me level up, so to speak. Patience when I’ve needed the time to learn. Respect and trust as we worked together to make dope shit happen.

Specifically to my family and friends, the unending support to keep me going even when times were a bit shaky. I am so fucking lucky to have your love fueling me through thick and thin.

And to every player out there, thank you for your inspiration, and most importantly… your time. Community will always be at the core of my heart. Your stories, your feedback, your excitement and your desire for more keeps me going.

Cheers to 10 more. Much love.
💛

Aight folks. Italy bound. If you see me post anything but pictures of cool stuff between now and April 26, tell me to get off my phone and stop working. ✈️ 🇮🇹 ✈️

With all that said, you'll be seeing some Community Team listings on our careers portal soon. We'll be looking for a backfill to take my previous role, and we're looking to fill a few other positions between Community/Technical Community Manager seats.

Overall we're looking to continue transparent communications, honest exchanges with humility, and even fuel future hype through this position.... and more within the publishing organization here at Bungie!

While my focus is shifting fully to communication strategy within Destiny 2's franchise marketing leadership team, I'll still be a small piece in the big Bungie puzzle of ensuring your voices are heard within the studio.

Hey all! Got some personal news on the job front. In the coming weeks, I'll be transitioning to a different position within Bungie. I'll still be dedicated to Destiny 2, but with a few different focuses and responsibilities under the title of Principal Communications Manager.

Sleep apnea confirmed. Not the worst. Not the best. Low blood oxygen and all that. Next steps soon. Another piece of the heart puzzle solved. Once again appreciative of healthcare workers, not to mention the history of it all. Much love.

Sometimes I’m dealing with my own demons or challenges. Health, family, or other. I try to be transparent about much of it not only to humanize myself, but to show folks they aren’t alone. My only wish is that on my bad days, I’m not bringing that weight to the table and dragging things down.
