I agree with this. I think everyone's misinterpreting what he was saying, which was something like "If they take out Los Angeles or San Diego, then see how you feel about an armed Iran." It's bullshit, because Iran couldn't do that, but it's still different from what everyone is claiming.

I think you're right, and it's not the first time the media have misinterpreted something he's said because of weird syntax and intonation and missing words. Reading these words on paper gives a misleading impression. He says plenty of unambiguously terrible things! Focus on those.

Didn't the cellphone signal on the NYC subway use to be much more solid? I can swear I used to have a signal no matter where I was. Now I often have no bars except when I'm in a station. (I use ATT, if that matters.)

This is extremely decent, and I don't know why more drivers don't do it. I regularly see double-parked trucks blocking others from getting down the street and there's nothing anyone can do.

Double-parked van has a sign in its windshield saying "Need me to move? Please call [phone number]."

Excited that I just won a camera lens I desperately need in an eBay auction. It's an expensive lens, but I got it for far less than it would cost me in a store. I think this is because it's kind of an esoteric lens for a camera that's not widely used = very few people interested.
