Instead of taxing billionaires, we run the country on debt paid for by selling Treasury bonds, on which we pay interest. Who buys those bonds? Untaxed billionaires. Who gets paid by YOU, instead of paying their fucking taxes? Untaxed billionaires. And they just killed democracy by electing Trump.

Anyone else old enough to remember the moment when Congress abdicated their Constitutional responsibility to declare war? Very few of us saw that it would lead to this bullshit, but she clearly understood the danger to democracy. Here's a sobering dose of history that I recall as current events.

My son and I restore windows in Atlanta, where the median cost of living is 58,000. We just upped our starting pay to $28 - 30/ hour, and we're still cheaper than new. Our money goes into people. Big window companies are buying more machinery. You consumers decide the future. Hands or machines?
