iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

Thank you for sharing Victor. My dad gave up serious momentum when I was born too. I can’t respond to everything now, but as for monetization, if SB brings in any money after the bulk AI metadata update, I’m going to donate it to a Philadelphia children’s music charity, or the local public school

Mega Ran is a legend. I think you’re right, it is possible to recreate Snuggle Bunch in the form I originally imagined. Just likely not anytime soon. I just got caught up, is all. I haven’t really been online since my kids were born and didn’t realize the sentiment. I sure do now. Lesson learned.

Hey Drew, yes AI Personas on opt in. And disclosures can be added via metadata update on distrokid. As for the trademark (which has not been accepted) I only have one LLC. I may abandon the trademark, but if it goes through I’m going to see options for moving it.

100

I’m been vigilant on the no AI policy at GameChops. I shot down a GenAI edited artwork made with Canva earlier this week. I said no AI in VGM I meant it. but I do see how people read it and understand why they are disappointed. I’m doing my best to own up now.

100

Idk either. I’m doing my best.

000

I hear you Anton, I appreciate you and I’ve read what you wrote. I will do better

020

yes you're right. in Philly though every LLC is taxed and has to file separately. The city doesn't make it easy. also, I don't want to put pressure on myself to make snuggle bunch a commercial project that makes money. it's a hobby and a thing for my kids, not a business. i want to keep it that way

200

yes, absolutely. i submitted this ™ in a batch and i didn't specify that it would be assigned to my LLC, it appears to have landed that way. If it gets approved then i'm going to see what options i have for moving it

300

gamechops is my only company

310

we can't sub-license the gamechops covers for a project. not because we don't want to, but because we don't control the underlying composition.

I have a personal project called Snuggle Bunch. I write songs with my kids, use Suno for vocals/stems and ChatGPT for images. It has nothing to do with the label or video game music. No one on GameChops, staff or artist, had anything to do with Snuggle Bunch. It’s all me.

We’re suing Materia Music. They are attempting to takedown our 600k YouTube channel, DMCA’d our licensed albums, lied to the public, and have been threatening me over email for a year. This should concern anyone who enjoys video game music or creates fan content. Read our suit GameChops.com/getem

Jazz band The Deku Trio return to GameChops Unplugged with a mellow arrangement of Pokémon Center. Piano, upright bass, and mellow drums make up The Deku Trio sound. The band reimagines memorable video game music as casual lounging jazz music. 🎵 Stream & Support ▸ vgm.fm/pokemoncenter

here's a little bit from the opening track of Stardew & Chill 2, "it's a big world outside" ♡ for this album i really wanted to lean into organic, acoustic instrumentation, and for this song in particular, i wanted to adapt it for live strings. so happy with how it turned out ✨
