Favorite low sodium meal. Baked potato, broken up and basically mashed with butter and dash salt free seasonings, then after it cools a bit, a bit of light sour cream mixed in. It's the best thing ever, and I could live on it lol

Low sodium doesn't have to be low taste. I bought the dash "everything but the salt" seasoning blend to use in place of salt, and omg. Best decision ever, because it's fantastic. If you're going low sodium, I highly recommend this!!

I love summer. I don't love this. Especially since I bought mom a new ac, our house is older than dirt and it can't handle everyone's acs going at the same time. So....we lose power. I tried switching mine to another outlet, wasn't strong enough and compressor kept dying. Mom has no outlets. 🤦🏻‍♀️
