i have an insane migraine but have to work today so here’s everything i did this morning to make it manageable! - 2 advil + 2 tylonel (ultimate painkilling combo) + an extra antihistamine - lots of warm drinks (tea, lemon honey water, etc) - massage face/head/ears/neck
