I put on hand lotion every time I wash my hands, which, being a retired RN with a background in infectious disease, is many times a day. Despite all the lotion my fingertips are peeling and splitting; just like my nails thanks to my chemo. October can’t get here soon enough.

Not generally one to advertise but, I have osteoarthritis throughout my body, a result of a life lived full speed. My SI joints are the worst. I could barely get out of a chair & stand straight up until I started using this. Now I’m pain free most of the day.

I bought this out of desperation to find ANYTHING to help with the pain I have in my SI joints and lower back. I had no great hopes. Darned if it isn’t helping! After just one use my back felt better. I’m using it essentially twice a day, & after stressing my back. Wish I had found it sooner.

My sweet old dude Ollie (turned 9 on March 27th) has been diagnosed with Cushing's Disease. Hoping medication can control it. I'm not ready to say good-bye (never will be- he's my soul dog).

On this day, in 1973, the last US troops left Vietnam. My mom's 1st cousin, Colonel Joseph William Brand; U.S. Air Force pilot from Illinois; killed in action August 17, 1966, after his F-105F Thunderchief was shot down over North Vietnam. Remains identified as Col. Brand were repatriated in 1977.

#dogsofbluesky two stoned Boxers. Dee was spayed Tuesday. I had to tranq both dogs to keep them quiet and protect her. I’ve never had success tranqing Ollie before. Worked a charm this time.
