One thing that is really good to remember: you can always draw a doodle as something bigger later if you want ! Sometimes an idea feels like it HAS to be big and hi-def, but you can still just doodle it first and not lose that chance. Sometimes it might turn out the doodle was all your brain needed

My rejection tolerance is abysmal right now, for a mix of reasons, but I am trying to get through it. I think I've been through a lot of people being silently judging until their breaking point, to where now it feels like almost everyone is secretly doing that, even people I know aren't and I trust

also, build up your rejection tolerance and learn that someone setting boundaries doesn't immediately mean they hate you, but rather you did something outside of what they're comfortable with you take a couple -relationship hits, but you you can get it back by growing from the experience

I don't have experience with it, but I remember an anecdote of a trans woman learning firsthand the same defense and distancing she didn't understand before. It sucks that so many people *have* to assume that anyone can be a threat just to get through the day safely.
