Please be careful if you're looking to commission redactedinlight! I paid in full for a rendered piece in June, and after two months of no updates beyond asking me to wait due to family, I requested a refund. They rudely told me off and hastily drew something that was not what I requested.

At this point. Red has 2 choises. He can issue a refund and have full revokation rights to what he just scribbled up for you But if he refuses and claims this is the "Finished product" then you you have the full right to advertise your comm to the public. And also what happened behind the scenes.

i just saw him post the "fixed" version and it really feels like he's just trying to save face after how he acted towards which is frustrating and frankly very strange. did you initiate a chargeback? and also thank you for bringing this to our attention!!

I understand if there are personal affairs making life difficult, but if you cannot deliver the product, please don't accept the commission😔 I would never do this to my own art or irl work clients, nor is it acceptable to retaliate like that after being confronted by your client.

also hey, side note from my stuff, i talked to the person who did this and they do think they flew off the handles and they should have handled it better, and they are willing to fix up the stuff. so id say try to contact them to get dis situated so theirs no bad blood

just my own two cents i don't really think its very fair to expect someone whos going through a dying family member to finish a commission, especially if they told you why and that it might take longer because of that. i'd honestly be more patient for that.
