Prince Hal's Brother, Thomas was killed at Bauge in 1421. Stewart, Douglas, Carmichael & Forbes all targeted him because he had a crown on his helm. He should have used decoys like his Father Henry IV at Shrewsbury in 1403. Where 3 fake 'Kings' were killed but Henry IV was safe.

In 1388 the armour bearer to James Douglas, John Bickerton allegedly stabbed his Master in the back at Otterburn. He hid at Luffness Friary on 'holy ground' to avoid being questioned. Ramsay of Waughton waited for Bickerton to leave on 'Bickerton's Walk' & stabbed him to death.
