My problem with Fallout 4 or maybe all bethesda games is the lack of an impressionistic memory of the MSQ narrative - I played many hours of FO4 and Skyrim - I don’t have the same problem with Rockstar games and CDprojekt Red games or even the 2000s CoD campaigns.

ok this is a strange feeling and a very adult(ing) thing. For such a long narrative-heavy game, once I take a break and many times I have to take multiple breaks because of work, I lose momentum and even interest in continuing. any long form fictional work becomes such an impossible task.
