Had a bit of an emotionally heavy morning. I finally spoke to my doctor about how I’ve been feeling and it was harder than I expected. I’m okay, just feeling a bit wiped out now. He’s prescribed me anti-depressants and booked me an appointment with a MH nurse x

I constantly feel like I’m in a cave and there’s no light, all I can do is try moving forward based on what I feel what’s in front of me. I’m being advised to speak to a doctor for help with depression. So we’ll see where that leads us to.

Ever since we lost his mom and dad, and we had to move away from Brentwood, I’ve not been myself. I think Dave’s therapist called it grieving. Ff three years & not much has changed, I really struggle to maintain friendships or build them up, or even keep something simple as a gym routine going (tbc)

Pfff today’s been tough. Joined my husband therapy session on the request of the therapist and its left me a little bit emotional. Don’t worry Dave and I are solid but he is worried I won’t cope if he’s not around anymore… I know it’s a really morbid thing to think about about but.. (tbc)
