My very last fic for #DimilixWeek2026! It's wild that it's over...I was really ambitious this week, and it was overwhelming at times, but I'm proud of what I've made! I hope other folks like it too! archiveofourown.org/works/79982546

Screenshot of a fic summary from archiveofourown by PennamePersona

Title: all that's made me is all worth trading

Summary:

Dimitri is close enough that Felix can smell his fucking soap. He wants to bite Dimitri's neck, not because there's extra glands there or whatever that beta-concocted myth is, but because he has no other ideas for how to handle the awful want pulsing through him.

“Felix?” Dimitri looks at him. The fading sunlight illuminates his eyelashes well enough that Felix could count them if he had enough wits to remember what numbers are. They are so, so close together. “Are you alright? You have seemed rather jumpy lately.”

A year ago, Dimitri would've apologized for daring to make an observation about Felix. He would've asked Felix to forgive his presumption. He would've pulled back and looked away—wouldn't have been this close in the first place.

#2026DimilixWeek As I promised, a silly one for today. Dimilix on a Mexican high school AU, safe from the possibility of being doomed by the narrative (unless…) with Dimitri confessing his love on Felix’s birthday.

Dimitri holding a sign that says “quieres ser mi novio?” (Do you want to be my boyfriend?) in front of Felix. Mercedes is holding a bouquet of roses and Annette is playing a trumpet.

My most ambitious fic for #DimilixWeek2026 is finally done! I used at least one prompt from all nine bingo squares (some of them more loosely than others) but the real focus was the Feminize suggestion on the Free Space square. I had a great time womaning Felix! archiveofourown.org/works/79929966

screenshot of a fic summary from archiveofourown

Title: your shy and glorious thorn

Summary:

Felix is aware, in a distant, secondhand sort of way, that there are fathers who tell their sons that men should not cry. For all the strain in their relationship, that was not a lesson Rodrigue ever tried to impart on Felix. The reasons Felix abandoned the emotional displays of childhood never had anything to do with masculinity.

And yet, something about sitting at Dorothea’s dressing table and feeling nothing at all like a man has tears slipping down Felix’s face more easily than they have in well over a decade. Maybe it’s the nerves. Maybe it’s the honesty. Maybe it’s one of the thousand factors that Felix still doesn’t fully grasp.

Whatever it is, it’s getting increasingly difficult to hide.

I just really love how, despite how harsh Felix is, there are things that they're Fully On The Same Page about. Neither of them think Glenn's death was anything but tragic. They're both *painfully* driven. There's friction, but they have an implicit understanding that I just really really love

fave dimilix thought for #DimilixWeek2026 I love the times that the game has them parallel each other. My two top examples are when Dimitri gets upset @ Ingrid idolizing Glenn's death and how post-timeskip Felix uses Dimitri's pre-timeskip selection quote (I'll cut through)

Happy Dimilix Week, still thinking about this and also this

Dialogue from Dimitri and Felix’s A support in FEW3H:

Dimitri: You're the only reason I haven't descended into utter savagery, you know.

Dimitri: So just as Loog had Kyphon and my father had Rodrigue...

Dimitri: I would ask that you continue to be my right-hand man.

Felix: Right-hand man, huh? I like the sound of that.

Dimitri: What are you doing?!

Felix: As your new right-hand man, my first act is to haul my restless king back to bed where he belongs.

#2026dimilixweek Filled with regret. Again a day where I had the idea first and then I tried to match it with the prompt. Because, bro, what if we were representing matching cards of the sword suit. And maybe we kissed. Haha jk... unless...

Lineless drawing of Felix, standing in his bed, with an expression of regret and sadness, representing the nine of swords card of the tarot. There are nine swords over his head, stained with blood.

Lineless illustration of Dimitri at Gronder, crawling on the floor and with an angry expression, representing the 10 of swords card of the tarot. There are 10 swords stuck in his body.
