Quite frankly, I think the real lesson here is not "how good the AI is at hacking" (it is not) and more "this is how absolutely dogshit almost every company is at cybersecurity" (including the AI ones) They have not made an AI, they have made malware and handed it a supercomputer to control

I have given AI a genuine try twice, in earnest, to make sure I wasn't just being a crochety old man. Once a couple years back, once recently. Used ChatGPT, and then Gemini. Tried it use it for a coding issue, something people crow it's good at. Both times ended in genuine abject failure.

These thing MOVE when the limiters are off; electric motors can produce an unreal amount of instant torque, and with less weight, they can absolutely rocket down a walking/cycling path faster than any urban planner anticipated. I had a guy blow past me the other day; he was outpacing nearby cars.
