i will never understand the mentality of seeing two people get married & cooing over what kind of offspring they will make. "i can't wait to watch those people reproduce humans and make insane people for this society" is... well... an insane take.

people downplay that taylor's parents were/are evangelicals or are sympathetic to the movement. evangelicals reject public education in favor of homeschooling, which usually means kids are doing some sort of hidden labor for the family. i don't know if this story is true, but for me, it tracks.

this is another street down. all day. doesn't matter if the windows are open or closed. does anyone else struggle with noise pollution? it's constant sound 24/7. i'm constantly overstimulated & wear earbuds in the house most of the day to override this. why is everything so loud?
