I have the cheapest tier of Netflix and I keep getting Doug Ford support ads. They're like "Look how great education is now!". Then I went to see Resident Evil Last night in theaters and got an ad about how education is in shambles. And from a demographics POV I just thought that was interesting.

Finished #Orbitals with my husband today and absolutely loved it! It's a tad short, but the art style, gameplay, and absolute joy this game brought still makes it completely worth it. I can't recommend it enough!

Why is Standard time called standard time when we're only in it for 4 months compared to Daylight savings time, which is 8 months long? Like I get it must have been the base-time before we adopted Daylight savings time, but it's in the minority now, surely that doesn't make it the standard anymore.

Jax collected keys because she found out that keys to people's rooms were just kicking around randomly and needed to make sure that no one else would ever go in and see her bedroom. None of the other characters ever go in, and she keeps the door barely cracked when people are at the door.

Sometimes my ADHD shows up in ways like not being able to focus when it gets too noisy at work. Sometimes it shows up as not getting anything done and spending HOURS across several days trying to make or find daily planner pages for my journal and I can't do anything else until I do. So that's fun.

Sometimes my husband and I will quietly bicker about who is paying for a meal at places where you have to get up to pay at the end. "I paid last time!" "I always have to pay!". And every so often it occurs to me that strangers who might hear have no way of knowing that we have a joint bank account.
