SLOP WATCH: The Sonic Adventure recomp is vibe coded. You can tell because they say so and also because every code comment is a 4+ line short story and people who have actually done real decomp work (SPEEPSHighway) have no clue what it's even doing despite this. gj clod i mean claude #slopwatch

Well, do it! but on your style. Don't be her. Be yourself. The people will be grateful for your art."

"You NEVER will be like her, never. She lifed her path. You should make your path. You shouldn't make the same eyes, fur, fabric, etc. It's her style. You should found your style, even if that means straying from your dream. You goal is made Sonic or OC characters renders, right?

Now add to that the fact that I'm not exactly great at keeping a conversation flowing either. I try, but I don't really get good results, and it feels bad because I think it's not worth keeping at it. Did I already say that I hate my autism?

ElanyStar @diegordrake.bsky.social · 19/08/2026

It's awful that I never know how to join a conversation. I hate my autism. I can't have a normal conversation with anyone.

Luckily, I can sleep now, unlike last year, that shit was right up my alley when it came to my depression. Even talking about it still makes me nervous to this day. Fuck you.

I currently have zero contact with this guy, because I've made sure he can't get near me. I don't even speak to him when we run into each other.

ElanyStar @diegordrake.bsky.social · 25/07/2026

Working with that guy was the most horrifying experience I've ever had. Not a day goes by that I don't remember what it was like to work with him, whether directly or indirectly.

Female Link Friday Summer Fun 03

Link (Legend of Zelda) depicted as a woman, wearing a skimpy version of the Island Lobster Shirt, standing in front of palm trees and a blue sky. But not bluesky the app, blue sky as in the cool thing outside.

When the rays of your energy burn you:

ElanyStar @diegordrake.bsky.social · 17/07/2026

Okay, I figured it out, and it was the silliest reason ever: I was about to reinstall/repair Windows, and before doing that, I unplugged the PC and pressed the power button to clear the static. When I turned the PC back on, the Bluetooth started working again. Final cause: Static. lmaoooo

000

ElanyStar @diegordrake.bsky.social · 17/07/2026

The funny thing is that even after reinstalling the driver, I'm still having this problem. xD

000

ElanyStar @diegordrake.bsky.social · 17/07/2026

Today my fucking PC decided to act up and has been messing with my Bluetooth, even though it was working perfectly fine last night. The funniest part is that it's also disappeared from the Services section. WTF?

ElanyStar @diegordrake.bsky.social · 17/07/2026

For those who don't know what I'm talking about, this is the edge line I added.

010

ElanyStar @diegordrake.bsky.social · 17/07/2026

Update: Before starting on the model, I had to fix a few things in the base mouth model I use for my models. I adjusted the curves and topology a bit, since an entire line of edges was missing in the corner of the mouth area, edges that would make the mouth look more natural when opening/closing.

I admit that my mixed feelings about modding are kind of awful. On the one side: I want to become one of the best Sonic modders! And on the other: I don't think I'll be able to achieve that, no matter how hard I try.. It's sooo stupid, but... exist.
