In case you haven’t ever ordered one, they are a trove of info. As they investigate the “widows pension” they interview their church friends, their neighbors, children, doctors, & others, and all the affadavits are in the file. Usually very interesting.

It’s on Amazon as a reprint for $30. I look up old genealogy all the time and I purchase reprints and read them at forgottenbooks.com and purchase some from Abe books. There’s a lot by that author there. If there’s a book you want me to get as a pdf….I pay monthly $ to read all the books. Lol.
