The weeks when Kevin refused to go out have ended... He overcame whatever was holding him back, and now wants full access. I was hoping that would stop his 04:45 alarm. This morning I let him out at 06:35 but he brought a live bird home at 07:45!!! Fortunately the bird is ok and flew off later. #cat

Since 'wet' cat food contains so much water, Keving doesn't need water in a dish, but occasionally he will put a paw into the water, and then shake the water off. I haven't seen him drink from a tap, but thought he might try a 'water fountain' as an alternative. Any comments? #cat #cats #water

Batteries for EVs are developing fast, but is anyone offering to upgrade a 4 year old battery with slow charging? My Kangoo has answered many questions, but taking over 10 hours to charge and then only having a range of 100 miles, severely restricts using it as a mini camper. #EV #range #charge

I do have an Android tablet, but I only use it to play a word game with a friend. No SIM, so I frequently have to force stop various apps I don't use but can't disable. Recently, when I try to use the osk it expects me to use G voice input. How do I stop that? I now use a bt kbd for text input ...

The CDS didn't introduce any local cats to me, so I started looking to adopt. At the last weekend I met Kevin, and after I stayed with him for a while he chose me to be his staff! My hedgehog cafe customers are up and about already. They had big feeds and now eat for 10 to 20 minutes. 5 customers last night, emptied the dish, some also had a drink. Sorry for quality, I will try to export from the recorder onto a flash drive. B&W due to IR lighting. #hedgehog

When both cats who were living with my neighbour, (first 2 photos) realised the 🌈 was close, they each came to me, and requested to spend some of their valuable time with me! I realised that I needed a cat in my life. I met the 4th on Friday, but he was grumpy from a vaccination. 1 of 2

Assessment of having a 5 yr old EV: I bought my EV to get answers to questions To stop thinking about the depreciation due to slow charging and range, I thing these are positive: Unlikely to catch fire (no fast charge) Not going to lose more than I paid. Could be ideal if charged overnight. #EV

These are the smallest 'street cats' I have found, I obviously offered them nibbles/cat stick, but I wished I could do more. In the few minutes I was there, I wasn't sure if there was an 'parent' nearby. Fortunately the weather was still over 24C. #streetcats #marmaris #turkey #kittens

The wild pigs in Marmaris are like night patrols. In the middle of the night, when the streets are quiet, they walk around finding anything tasty. I offered them apples, but they stole the cat food as well! #Marmaris #wildpigs #Turkey #nightpatrols

I found some on my previous visit, they weren’t aggressive, especially when they realised I had apples for them. There was about 12 cats at this place, but they couldn’t defend their nibbles..

Sometimes there are other visitors! This cockerel was noisy, but followed the female and the recent hatchlings into the shadows, where they disappeared with their camouflage.

I agree with Robin Williams, that all politicians should wear badges showing their sponsors, then voters will know who they represent. It certainly hasn't been voters, for decades! Has anyone compiled a league table showing how the sponsors have bought power? Names on the 'rich list' are clues.

Very intelligent and vocal. I still miss her a lot. #siamese

Can someone please explain the system that charges the 12V battery in an EV? I bought a Renault Kangoo EV early last year, when it was 3 years old. Now I discovered that because traction batteries have improved so fast, the value of an EV with under 100 miles range and slow charging is awful. #EV

I created a "cafe" for the hedgehogs that come into my garden, and watched them by cctv camera recordings. I thought the 'entrance' was too small for a cat, but was proved wrong.. This is a photo off the screen, when the latest cat was determined to get at the dish which had some dog food. #caturday

Animal protection - a concept When I hear of any case of animal cruelty, I think about this: All animals who could broadly be classified as pets, should be 'chipped' and registered with an appropriate animal protection organisation. Those should be financed to issue an approval certificate .. 1/3

I haven't had a feline house manager for some years, so I'm not familiar with cat medical conditions or symptoms. My furrend Max has been telling me he's hungry, for weeks. He has started to take naps on my legs. However, he has also started to lose control of his bladder. He's already 9. 🐾🐾🌈? #cat

To escape the puppy in his house, Max, the white cat who lives with my neighbour, is spending much more time outside, so I made him a shelter from the weather and offered him food. I'm not sure if he knows he was sniffed by a fox while sleeping. #caturday #hedgewatch #whitecat #cat #cat-in-a-box

Max, an all white cat, initially refused to get inside, until it rained. I can check on him via a CCTV camera. I recycled 2 small pallets, so he's off the ground and protected from rain. He can hedgewatch from his box.
