Currently, Funnel supports converting natural language dates to due dates in Todoist. Further improvements (such as being able to select projects/labels during a capture) are planned.

hi, i'm currently working on adding this - will be available soon in the next Funnel update.

Dharam Kapila @dharam.bsky.social · 22/08/2025

is indeed a bit meta 😅 Let me know if you have any feedback on Funnel :)

000

Dharam Kapila @dharam.bsky.social · 02/08/2025

sure - I'm still going through a few changes, but will DM you the test flight link in a few days once the next build is ready :)

yes - A Shortcut automation that runs 3-4 times a day, and triggers the "Live Activity Toggle" (twice - to turn it off, and then on again) shortcut will do the trick to ensure it stays on at all times.

Dharam Kapila @dharam.bsky.social · 02/08/2025

(iOS auto-removes any live activities that have not been interacted with in 8 hours)

100

Dharam Kapila @dharam.bsky.social · 02/08/2025

yes, will allow for the first line to be used as the file name.

010

Dharam Kapila @dharam.bsky.social · 02/08/2025

yes - you can use the "Live Activity Toggle" action, and place it on the control center or in the lock screen (replacing the torch or the camera buttons) to toggle the "sticky" mode on/off.

100

Dharam Kapila @dharam.bsky.social · 01/08/2025

hi, for the moment it's not. But more customizability in filenames for Obsidian is currently in the works, and will be added soon.

Dharam Kapila @dharam.bsky.social · 19/07/2025

Capturing to daily or existing notes (and to specific header sections within them) is currently supported for local Obsidian Sync vaults. This was done mainly due to issues with iCloud sync being unreliable when working with files across devices.

000

Dharam Kapila @dharam.bsky.social · 24/05/2025

hi :) yes, it is on my list. Will look into adding support for it soon.

010

Dharam Kapila @dharam.bsky.social · 31/01/2025

Are you intending for dates to not be recognized when sending to Things?

000

Dharam Kapila @dharam.bsky.social · 31/01/2025

hi, yes Funnel does natural language date recognition when sending to note taking apps. When this date is recognized, it is shown above the horizontal scrolling list of destinations (and tapping on it will disable 18/02 from being a due date set in Things)

200

Dharam Kapila @dharam.bsky.social · 30/01/2025

Thanks a lot :) and yes, will have a look into both these apps.

Dharam Kapila @dharam.bsky.social · 29/01/2025

Funnel supports Live Activities (Dynamic Island/Lock Screen), and since watchOS 11, Apple Watch mirrors those on the Watch too :) So if you start capturing, and switch out of Funnel mid-way to another app, a Live Activity is triggered. A better watchOS app is planned (but after the iPad version).

Bluesky is built to make social more like the Web again, so we will never suppress links. Link to your writing, your art, your personal site — this is the social internet, designed from the ground up to be open and interoperable.

yes, they both point to the same (if at all, stagging will likely get the new features first)

Dharam Kapila @dharam.bsky.social · 24/02/2024

Thanks! :) Yea, I used staging as previously the regular Bluesky website (without staging) was not working, and so this was the only option.

010

Dharam Kapila @dharam.bsky.social · 04/02/2024

hi! The extension is working fine for me now. App passwords should work! Does your settings look something similar to this? Can you also try uninstalling and reinstalling the extension again?

Thanks a lot! I haven't implemented link cards in the compose dialogue yet, will look into it :)

makes sense. Also on the mobile, it is quite a hassle to redirect someone to the App Passwords page and have them create an App Password.

Working on the same, also inspired by Graysky :)

Loved reading through this article. This resonates with so much with what I feel, especially when it comes to missing affordances. As a side note, I really admire the visual efforts put into crafting this article.

Dharam Kapila @dharam.bsky.social · 02/05/2023

hmm, after deactivating a specific command, the rest of the app (other commands) should still work. If you still face issues, uninstalling and reinstalling should fix it.

Dharam Kapila @dharam.bsky.social · 02/05/2023

Thanks! You can deactivate the “Unread Notifications” command in Raycast settings. Also currently working on a few improvements to the menu bar (plus some new stuff) for the next update.
