Very good showing by our boy. Himself makes me laugh though. Rather reminds me of Mum's Mayoral stint - a lot of the boys talked some pretty ugly stuff (inc the former judge with his 'proud mysoginist' talk) & bully boy behaviour. - She still won by more than the 3 men behind her combined.

MRI was a bust. V.Expert Specialist lady & team tried for 2hrs, then called it as she was afraid of doing more damage "for nothing" as the images were unusable. Must've blacked out mid-way through as suddenly we were out and there were people. Part 1 of 3

Final Update: Ryanair went on to send her £213 with no apology & no redress for any of the rest. No word re the bread and water, by the way, no bread thing. When she pointed out their own policy document says £230 plus expenses, they said they'd paid it in € (to & from a UK account) Part 1 of 2

At the point she went up to the desk to claim her "meal" (per Ryanair - and confirmed by gent on 'phone it should be a meal), they'd had about 6hrs with the manifest to know how many they needed to feed an evening meal. - & presumably about 6 people less since the staff were repositioned.

...then offered what amounts to only 'bread & water' & then topped that, when someone asked for the bread 'oh we've no bread', there would be absolute uproar. He did say again that they will give her further vouchers, but that does *not* solve the issue of them not having any food. 6 of 7

Next gentleman was far more reasonable. Says for a start she should have been given an additional voucher every 2hrs (no instructions to that effect - & she's not daft), and he agreed with me when I pointed out that even in a prison setting there'd be uproar if you held anyone for 9hrs 5 of 6

I rang back the customer ^care^ ctr. First woman (name is in my notes) couldn't cover her bored tone. The most animated she got was a flat "That's not a very nice experience". Then when I dared to ask for an escalation, she first got aggressive, then eventually hung up on me. 4 of 5

They've had the maifest all day - & in fact, at this point, they have less people than they *knew* they needed to cater for at the top of this, since they put on a smaller aircraft (tail number M-ACOR - thanks @flightradar24.com !) to reposition the crew. 3 of 4

Staff told her that her voucher (which again was the only thing she's been given so far in a delay which will total 9hrs) is good for a bottle of water & a pretzel or a soda. She asked for water and a pretzel. At which point she was told that they don't have any. 2 of 3
