It has been fun but challenging to create the 2-player mode of Drifters & Demons. Part of the game works like a rpg town and has a lot of actions that require opening a menu or talking to NPCs, and I wanted players to be able to do all these things without interrupting the game for the other player.

Last year I took one step towards freedom from adobe, by downgrading from cc to just illustrator. It was pretty easy to stop using photoshop, but I think I'd struggle with replacing illustrator.
