Cat Distribution System (Part 1) - Gator Days

Panel 1

Gustopher hasn't seen his cat all day and decides to start looking for her.

Gustopher: I haven't seen Mewbert today.

August: I think she's hiding in a box.

Panel 2

Gustopher has a found a box that almost definitely has one cat. It would be weird for there to be two cats in the box. Why would there be a second cat in the box? I don't know, there probably isn't two. Let's just assume there's only one cat.

Gustopher: There you are.

Mewbert: Mew (possibly meaning "Yes, hello. I am here. And I am definitely the only cat in this box. Don't look closer. Why would there be another cat in here?")

Panel 3

Gustopher realizes something.

Gustopher: Uh-oh.

Panel 4

Oh dang, there's two cats in the box. That's a surprise.

Gustopher: DAD! We only have one cat, right?

August: That question scares me.

New Cat: Maw (possibly meaning "Yes, hello, I am another cat."

Mmo doesn't really translate to Monster Hunter well. Its kinda its own beast.

DewTheImp @dewis.bsky.social · 22/03/2025

Its also all the more satisfying to come back to those early monsters later and just absolutely rinse them. I repeat: You. Are. Doing. Fine.

DewTheImp @dewis.bsky.social · 22/03/2025

Yeah....? What you expected to just pick it up and no cart every monster after not hunting before? You're supposed to die to early monsters. Its how you find your groove so you can dance with the big boys and girls.

Political cartoon. Rep Al Green, D-Texas standing up and pointing his cane yelling "HE DOES NOT HAVE A MANDATE TO CUT MEDICAID!"

In the lower corner are two people hiding behind round signs. One reads "Civility!" and the other says "Did he not get the sign memo?"

A'xura's ears are quite expressive. Some might even say, out of earshot and on the other side of a steel wall, that its the only reliable means of telling her actual emotions. She puts on a brave/angry (mostly angry) face for most situations, so its good to know the difference between >

Two characters looking horrified are pictured. One with white hair, blue eyes, and freckles, the other with red hair, heterochromia of blue and gold, and a topaz jewel between her brow.

One of those “silently run up to the bedroom because your peripheral vision is making monsters in the kitchen” moments.

Formation warfare was swiftly abandoned during the First Era, in favour of tunnel-and-dungeon tactics, where fireball wielding lunatics would be somewhat less effective.
