Third is the actual question:

Is Sebastian genuinely a douchebag, or does he have a secret soft spot for Wren.

Like, if Wren would start actually crying or is seriously hurt, would Seb be helping?

Comic Starts Here

And would he help out of kindness, or just so he could have his favourite entertainment/toy be 'in good condition'?

Panel 1: Sebastian sniffs the air, noting the scent of blood. Internal thoughts read, “I smell blood.”

Panel 2: View of the vent leading into Sebastian’s shop. Thumping sfx come from within the vent. His internal thoughts continue, “The next schmuck coming through must have gotten pretty unlucky.”

Panel 3: Sebastian’s lure flickers on, his main hands are clasped while the third waves. “Welcome back!”

Panel 4: Sebastian continues from the last panel, “Oh if it isn’t the little scaredy cat—” He finally sees that the tiny expendable (Wren) is battered and injured, using the wall of the vent to hold themselves up. A small circular panel showing his eye widening with slight shock is in the corner

Panel 5: Wren shakily stands still while leaning against the vent wall, nearly collapsing. Sebastian talks from out-of-frame, "Woah- You look... More like shit than usual..."

Panel 6: Wren falls to the floor, holding their wound on their side as they curl over in pain. Sebastian talks from out-of-frame, "...Do you have enough for a medkit?" Wren answers, "Yeah. Just hold on a minute—"

Panel 1: Sebastian’s third arm reaches out towards Wren.

Panel 2: Wren cowers and holds up an arm defensively while the shadow of Sebastian’s hand looms over them. Wren stammers a quick, “W-wait!”

Panel 3: Sebastian’s hand holding Wren from the waist down. Wren steadies themselves with their arms against his thumb. Wren speaks up, “Sebastian!— I’m not in any shape for your games… ow…”

Panel 4: Sebastian approaches the closest table, now opening a medkit in his main hands while holding Wren in the third. He responds to Wren, “I know I knooooooowww. You think sooooo little of me.”
Wren answers, “C-can you blame me?”
Sebastian replies, ”I suppose not.”

Panel 1: Wren is now on the table while Sebastian is leaned over to the side in search of something, “Now where is the… I could’ve sworn I seen scissors in here.”
Wren is in shock and thinking the worst, “Scissors?!”

Panel 2: Wren once again holds up their arms in cowardice, covering their face. The sfx “SNIP SNIP” is off to the side.

Panel 3: Sebastian’s hand reaches out to present Wren with a piece of bandage that was cut small enough to their size. Wren looks up with surprise.

Panel 4: Wren is silent but reaches out for the bandage.

In faint text it reads, “Few minutes later.”

Panel 1: Wren sitting criss-crossed on the table, with extra bandage pieces laying about. A bottle cap filled with antiseptic is next to them, as well as scissors and the bottle. They have bandaids wrapped around the cuts on their arms and the bandage Sebastian cut for them wrapped around the wound on their side. Wren is looking up and awkwardly thanks Sebastian, “Uh. Thanks. I didn’t think about how hard it would be to use a medkit when I’m like this. I uh. I appreciate it.”

Panel 2: Sebastian has his two main arms crossed on the table, resting his head atop them. He has a playful/smug look on his face with his blue tongue sticking out. “Hey don’t mention it! The extra service is gonna cost ya though~”
