Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 28/09/2026Just occurred to me that despite the album being a huge part of my teenage years (and beyond), through a copied cassette and a ripped CD, I have never owned a legitimate version of Faith No More's Angel Dust. Album turns 35 next year. Will see what they put out for it and fix my terrible behaviour! 000 0
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 22/09/2026Sounds like something that this simple mind of mine could get behind! 110 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 17/09/2026Well, damn! What an album to launch the re-spun, now spinning, spin off! (And, my head hurts! 😂) 010 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 14/09/2026I always try to guess the pixilated Dinked teasers. Normally not even close to having a clue, and certainly never brave enough to make a public guess. Got a rare gut feeling this time, though. Enough to make a Los Bitchos prediction. (And, if I'm correct, you'll be hearing from me soon after 10am) 110 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 04/09/2026Order placed. Looking forward to this one, the description of the overall package sounds amazing. But, then, I wouldn't expect anything less from one of your releases. 110 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 31/07/2026Well. This changes things. Off work next week and was planning to come in on Tuesday for my stash, but now I will have to try and get to you after work today 🤞 110 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 17/06/2026CHESNEY FUCKING HAWKES! Hell, yes! The cheese fest is well and truly alive in Caerphilly this evening! 000 0
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 17/06/2026I cannot imagine any circumstances when I would voluntarily play that song. But.....I would also never turn it off. 100 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 17/06/2026Music streaming does have a place in my life. Generally when I am in the kitchen and too busy/too messy to be dealing with physical media. MMMBop has just played and, you know what, my evening is all the better for it. 100 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 16/06/2026You are most welcome, @waxandbeans.bsky.social. And thank you for the cool extras 😀 I'll see you at 7pm with plenty of fire, but no vengeance 😉 021 2
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 04/06/2026Well, if they are going to launch a new range, this is absolutely the way to do it! 😍 110 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 02/06/2026Unfortunately not. Bury is a tad too far for me to travel. But you have announced that you will heading to my home city at some point, so I'll see you there instead. 110 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 26/05/2026Thank you. That looks like exactly what I need. Just started The First Law trilogy by Joe Abercrombie. Early into the first book, but enjoyable so far. 100 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 26/05/2026Afternoon @specsaversuk.bsky.social I'm new to wearing reading glasses. Any tips on stopping them misting up the very second I put them on my face in this hot weather? 100 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 21/05/2026Already got the full set of your releases, and got the t-shirt. But I will absolutely be ordering this just as soon as pre-sales go live. 110 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 07/05/2026Nice. Popping in Friday after work for my 1-item 'stash'. Fingers crossed to double it up with this. 010 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 22/04/2026Is it me, or are Spaceballs to blame for our high energy costs? 000 0
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 18/04/2026Full thermals are great for queuing overnight, outdoors, ahead of @recordstoredayuk.bsky.social. They are not so great once you have your stash and are sitting on a baking train with sunshine pouring in through the window! Small price, though, for another successful RSD @spillersrecords.bsky.social 000 0
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 17/04/2026On the plus side, it seems that this year I'll at least be far enough away from the front to avoid people wanting to interview me when I am very cold and tired! 000 0
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 17/04/2026Wow! Fair play to them. That puts my earliest arrival time to shame. 000 0
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 13/04/2026Reached that point in my life where I need glasses for reading and for work. Immediate and absolute game changer for reading, but going to take a lot of getting used to for computer use! 000 0
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 08/04/2026My television provider contract has ended and my replacement service has been delayed for a couple of weeks. I still have Disney Plus, though, so I will finally get around to doing something I have been meaning to do for a while. The remake released in 2001, however, can get fucked! 000 0
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 08/04/2026The first NMS update to make me "Meh!". But, that's just me; lots of people will love this. I'm certainly not going to knock it just because I'm not excited by it. And who knows, I may one day enjoy it. I remember WoW introducing Battle Pets in 2012. I also Meh'd. About a year later, I was hooked! 000 0
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 23/03/2026I would pour a small amount of flammable liquid down there, drop in a match and, assuming the vase remained in one piece, tip out the ashes. Fire is a great solution to many problems. 010 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 12/03/2026A Rainy Night In Soho is my favourite song from The Pogues, and one of my favourite songs full stop. And this cover from The Boss is fucking beautiful! youtu.be/Nhj3PZjUOMo?...youtu.beA Rainy Night in SohoYouTube video by Bruce Springsteen - Topic 000 0
Reposted by DaveBrighter Day Record Shop @brighterdayvinyl.bsky.social · 09/03/2026I'm giving away this copy of For You by Tatsumo Yamashita. Arguably Japan's finest City Pop album. Comment 'For Me?' and a random wheel thingy will choose a winner. Giving this away as a thank you for joining me on my Tokyo trip. Trust me... you want this amazing LP. More info below... 522621 52
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 28/02/2026Ah, shame I won't be popping in for a few weeks. BSM are the label behind one of my favourites, Laura Jane Grace, and I really should check out some of their other bands. May have to pause the video on the tracklist and take to YouTube. Cracking bit of modelling by Ade, a true catwalk pro! 110 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 06/02/2026Yeah, Light No Fire news would be great. But, also, were we not promised a NMS Ghost Ship and, unless I have completely missed something (which is entirely possible, I won't lie), they are yet to deliver on that. So, hopefully that also means another NMS update is due soon. 010 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 05/02/2026Can I just check that my list arrived with you, please? I had a random warning banner on my sent email suggesting that my email seemed suspicious! 😂 110 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 05/02/2026Same product that I use, and I can confirm that they do a good job. 010 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 04/02/2026Have been watching Wonder Man, 2 episodes a day, over the last 4 days. An absolutely fantastic show that I could have easily binged in one sitting, but I'm trying to savour shows more these days. Went into it clueless but, for me, this is the best Marvel TV show since Disney+ got a hold of them. 010 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 04/02/2026What!?!? No Frankie and the Witch Fingers!?!? Record Store Day is ruined! 000 0
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 04/02/2026Just thinking about sorting out some food....and the RSD26 list drops! Food can wait! 000 0
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 02/02/2026Damn it! Spelling is hard! I should be less critical of Lego! 😂 000 0
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 02/02/2026Construntion of the Saucer Section was placed on hold for a while due to a misspelling on the dedication plaque (even though it would have been hidden inside the build, I would have known, and it would have eaten away at me!) A corrected replacement has arrived, so I can get back to it after work 😀 100 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 31/01/2026Had to look that up. Sounds like alcoholic Ribena. And now I want to try it! Yeah, great film, great franchise. 110 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 31/01/2026You'll be on a second bottle by the time the flyby scene is over! 110 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 31/01/2026Original versions of songs that have been covered by the Boss. What a strange concept for a compilation album. But, also, what a cracking selection of songs! Count me in! 110 1
Dave @dewimawr.eurosky.social · 24/01/2026Taken me a couple of months to get around to spinning to this. 3LPs, and I wanted to wait until I had opportunity for a proper, uninterrupted listen. Wow! Quite possibly the best live recording that I own. Alchemy: Dire Straits Live is the only other that I would say is on a par. 020 2
