How will ai impact my job? I can't search my emails anymore.

I was trying to figure out why Gmail search was giving me results without my actual search terms even with quotes, and it turns out they've removed that function so you can only use their ai powered semantic search where they try to guess your intent. I tried asking the Google ai about it and they were like "oh yeah that's broken. You should use another email client."
