No. "Artificial intelligence" is a term defined in federal statute, not something a president can rename for the whole government or the public by executive order.
Congress defined it in the National Artificial Intelligence Initiative Act of 2020. Under 15, U.S.C. 9401(3) », "artificial intelligence" means a machine-based system that, for human-defined objectives, can make predictions, recommendations, or decisions that influence real or virtual environments.
Recent presidential orders use that statutory definition rather than replacing the name. For example, Executive Order 14179 7 (Jan. 23, 2025) says that for purposes of the order,
"artificial intelligence" or "Al" has the meaning in 15 U.S.C. 9401(3). Later orders on Al policy also keep the term "artificial intelligence""
A president can set how executive-branch agencies talk about Al in their own documents, but that does not change the law, the U.S. Code, or how the term is used outside the executive branch. Changing the statutory name or definition would take an act of Congress.

That is spectacular. If you take a photo from certain angles the sky reflects back the right color of blue. However, if you look directly at it — it’s still various shades of green. Taken yesterday.

This article is just peak outsider DC bullshit. This man clearly knows NOTHING about DC. @wsj.com I get it’s an “opinion page” but it’s beyond utterly uninformed, it’s just full of shit.

It has no cultural infrastructure to support artists and art-based institutions: no Juilliard, no Grand Ole Opry, no University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts. Washington doesn't even have a bohemian or hip section of town where artists prefer to hang out.
Given scant home-based talent and difficulty recruiting the best talent to Washington, the programming at the Kennedy Center hasn't been competitive with what large-city performing arts institutions offer.
