A throwback - this is Dottie, a terrible cat who I loved very much. She was tiny, adorable, astonishingly orange for a mostly-white cat, and lived for nearly 19 imperious pee-soaked years. She once got out, ran down the street, and frightened the neighbor Chow into backing off. She was six pounds.

My father-in-law has become a storage unit auction guy. He just had a big tag sale, and I agreed to store some of the cast collection of hand tools that didn't sell. This is the contents of one toolbox (of three). Mostly screwdrivers

I solved the problem by marrying into a family of Icelandic horse owners. My mane never stood a chance - I'm hairy, but my wife's gelding is the offspring of The Hairiest Horse In Iceland. (The family clipper kit gets mailed to a professional to be cleaned and sharpened a couple times a year)
