I posted a thing about career and neurodivergence over at LinkedIn and now I’m having this MASSIVE cognitive dissonance happening in my brain because I always believe that I am not good at my job and apparently I am and I don’t know how to reconcile it.

Is the water warm or cold? How does the glass feel? Is it smooth? Rough? When gripping, does the glass offer resistance?

-> 10. Talk to the first set of programmers again. Get told that what the designers want is impossible. 11. Try to attempt a design to solve everything. 12. Get asked by a producer what the holdup is. 13. Beg a programmer to see if it might possibly be possible. 14. Get a tentative yes. ->

Things I did not expect to be complimented on today: how clear and soft my skin is. It’s a first. I also got a massage and some physical contact for the first time in… ever. I had a facial. Because I’m on vacation. I totally conked out after though. Lots of tension that left today.

I had a really weird dream. You know Alien/ aliens, the movie with monsters who procreate by facehuggers laying eggs in people’s chests? So there was a cult worshipping the creatures. They lived in almost harmony because total harmony is probably difficult. They chose a sacrifice. ->
