I found this on LinkedIn. I have also found that the exact opposite is true for the games industry. You do need to stay late, to always say yes, to never make a mistake. I do all the things which would actually get me promoted. Instead I get phased out and creatively dismissed.

I’m reading this and was struck by that there are only maybe six images of women in the entire book and three of them are Nuka-Cola ads, looking something like this. I thought we had moved past this, but apparently not.

Sometimes you find sketches that made their way onto your HD and you think to yourself "when did I EVER make that?" Can anyone name the game?

This was written in 2003. It’s still the truth. A lot of designers and directors absolutely loathe to write things down. Being someone who loves documentation, I don’t get it. This is from Sheri Graner Rays Gender Inclusive Game Design.

I got this from my project partner yesterday. The booklets have been printed. The Keyring RPG has been a hellish project. During the span of it (7 years!) I lost my best friend, my uncle on my mom's side and my mom's partner to cancer. I lost my mother in August, ten days before my birthday.
