Crazy season of anime. the ever-deepening mystery structure all oriented around its singular setting that ties into all of the series’ greater questions was super satisfying to watch unravel. very dense. You just can’t end it like that. At least everyones favorite pink fuck is content

Clevatess season 2 famous character teacher naie chiffonlits floating away and being really kind to her students as she says goodbye

I finished clevatess season 2?? Tsugai and jaadugars mean endings are nothing compared to ending your show like THAT? What? Make more? Right now? Don’t do that? Hello? Are you sane

its not like any of it really matters because I Love It And Dont Gaf but it can be somewhat frustrating to see people already confident in what they think this series is. thats the industrys fault more than anyone’s, for making so many poo arse narou (they were all worth it for this to exist though)

I wonder what kind of audience chii fuyo will gain in the west once the anime starts. the title and relatively generic start already are alienating a lot of people who might enjoy it and the pivot to comedy and later Genuine Pathos will probably alienate Narou Fans

I don’t even know if I mean that negatively, it’s just unbelievable. Everyone who exploded abt laras end should try this on for size. What? At least shes in it

like its already a "parallel story" but restructuring it like this emphasizes that So Much More that teshima feels like as much of a protagonist as yasumi does. ridiculously special series and im so fucking elated theyre making s2

finished "draw this then die". itd be enough if this was "merely" a stellar adaptation of one of the best manga there is but making the effort to reformat the entire series by turning the teacher's standalone chapters into concurrent flashbacks was completely genius

frankly insane amounts of sauce for such a bit part. so cutes. all the original designs in this are so damn good though its almost jarring seeing them alongside guys like mr main character here who originated from bad narou. though they made him cute with it too so its ok

User B replies:
It's either gonna be Peak, Garbage, or Mid
There's no in-between

User C replies:
Mid is the inbetween?

fma is the first series I ever sought out to buy and read, helck has become the default in my brain for any fantasy manga, kimetsu and nikki are like loafer, they just hit me

Magu is why im even such an avid manga reader, loafer just extremely resonated, seeing mha in a bookstore for the first time quite literally changed how young me’s brain worked from the sheer power of its style, kore kaite shine inspired me more than anything else on earth,

its unfortunate that you can just tell all the online discussion around goodbye lara is going to be as infuriating for the rest of time as it has been for 12 episodes. people are just so weird about it. feels like im seeing such limited ideas of what “queer fiction” Is and Can Be

Anime with, like, 999999 queer dialogues, with commentary on how you shouldn’t let yourself be caged by someone else’s definition of “true love” or by the idea that finding true love should be the ultimate goal of your life

ok here are my rushed thoughts. tried to cobble sometignf together with the mess that is my brain right now. tagged for spoilers. since it’s final episode of goodbye Lara spoilers.

I understand what koide meant in that one thing from the beginning. this is not a typical yuri. it's about fumbling through the first time you're actually discovering yourself. for both of them. things are left unsaid and unresolved and mari is clearly not entirely satisfied with whatever laras decision is. but they'll both figure it out. its no archetypal "true love" but its their love
