require the current owners/occupants to remove every single thing out of the house and garage, yes, that means the decades old leftover paint and random lumber and those broken tools and those old windows that were already replaced.

I've thought about this so much and really the only frivolous thing I want is my own indoor saltwater pool with a retractable roof.

so far this new season of The Diplomat is absolutely delicering

A character from the Netflix show The Diplomat, who is dating another character (which is, as you can imagine, messy as fuck), asks her "have you ever been to therapy?"

If you went to a mental health professional and told them the TV was talking just to you and you thought it was conscious, they'd take it very seriously. I'm not sure why it should be different if it's a computer.

this is super helpful, so glad they included the salary range here.

The salary range for a job listed as 68,200-181,000. That's over $110,000 difference between the min and max.

hey ben. the guy in the picture here is an actual person, my friend’s dad, and a spiritual leader of Lakota people, Chief Arvol Looking Horse. not only does he support Indigenous People’s Day, he’s the founder of World Peace and Prayer Day. feels weird to use his image and not his name.

this is a historically very red area, and the population of Cadillac is about 10k. In the past, Dem candidates didn't even bother coming to these areas. And here you have high turnout for a leftist candidate and Elizabeth Warren showing up. They are finally playing to win.
