Always a bitch move to repost and have comments turned off. We've all been waiting for the great Linux replacement for 30+ years. I don't work for MS. I sell to, manage, and support enterprise computing for thousands of endpoints across 30 companies. If you do that with Linux, we can talk.

Everyone can do a little something. The registrar for the domain is GoDaddy. DNS records show they use Google Workspace (gmail), and are hosted by CloudFlare. So you can report "abuse" like fraud, etc, etc to at least those 3 entities. Long shot, but it's still good to make noise.

Wife and I were in Saugatuck, Michigan last week. Had a couple beautiful mornings with light rain. I shot a lot of street photos and some nature stuff, as well. The heron and ducks were right outside our cottage. Good neighbors. #birds #photography #naturephotography

Today's #BirdofTheDay theme is #ScreenFiller, a capture where the bird takes up a large part of the image. Red-winged Blackbird from April of this year. From the same capture as my profile picture, but with more detail. Also my print entry in this year's Indiana State Fair. #photography #birds

Closeup photograph of a red-winged blackbird that I took in April of 2026 at Central Park in Carmel, Indiana. It's looking up at the sky with its beak wide open like it's screaming.

Had a very aggressive robin nest in a bend in one of our gutters. Came to love her brand of crazy, and we were excited to see her babies hatch. Got home from a concert late Wednesday to this barred owl sitting under the nest. Despite my efforts to scare it away, it came back and all was lost.

Today’s #BirdOfTheDay theme is #GreyDay any bird with grey in its plumage. On Wednesday, one of the great blue herons at the park was in the water fishing. This is him/her shaking off their feathers after submerging for fish. @robcrank68.bsky.social @alan678.bsky.social #photography #birds

My dog Petey is 13, and he's the coolest, chillest, funniest, cutest, and most cuddly he's ever been. Still tootling around with the best of them. Photo is a couple years old. Still looks the same, with perhaps a little more sugar on his face.

Today's #BirdOfTheDay theme is #YourChoice. Any bird, anywhere, any time. I'm sticking with my Great Blue Heron friend at the park. Yesterday morning was really humid and hazy, so perfect for that nice glow. #birds #photography #naturephotography #canon @robcrank68.bsky.social @alan678.bsky.social

I consider anything like this with an asterisk. Including SCOTUS picks, but more so things like White House visits for winning the big game or whatever, or like Rush Limbaugh getting the MoF. Maybe even pardons. All of it really.

Kurt Vonnegut's asterisk (doodle of an asshole).
