There are several misogynistic scenes that have aged poorly in the movie but I also feel that it’s the Bacall/Bogey film in which her character drives the narrative and his character responds to her instead of the other way around. Buying a ticket to a game is entering into a contract with the private seller that you will abide by the rules of the private event and venue. He violated that contract by attempting to enter the court of play. The First Amendment does not protect you from the consequences of your shitty actions.
