Voorlopig wel waar. Kijk meewarig naar iedereen die nu druk bezig is met een "quantumstrategie". Er zijn echt veel veel veel belangrijkere dingen gaande. Want anders kan je straks met je quantumcomputer veiliger dan ooit al je data aan de VS geven.

(1) Ik heb uiteindelijk voor PES gekozen, want daar heeft PRO het meeste invloed en dat is ook de reden voor de fusie van de PvdA en GroenLinks geweest. PRO kan op die positie nog steeds veel bereiken voor het klimaat, zoals te zien is aan de Green Deal van Timmermans en Samson.
