You're right Will, in his debut podcast he had Charlie Kirk on and when Charlie asked Newsom if he would support a ban on trans gender athletes, Newsom completely agreed with Charlie Kirks position. It's odd that Newsom's first person to have on was Charlie Kirk so he could agree with him.

In Alex Garland's "Civil War" (2024) Reuters new agency has journalists reporting against the US regime that attacked its own citizens. In real life, Reuters repeats the administration's lies and won't report what Jeremy Powell actually said. R/shittymoviedetails

There is no point in that graph with prices rising as fast for as long as the time 2020 to now. Which is what the IFP graph points out, you're literally corroborating it but can't read the FRED graph To give an example of your dumb argument, look at this image of your dumb face.

Quick math question, if I have a supply of something, say I have 98 of it that I am willing to sell. But then I decide actually I only want to sell 95 of that thing(I just change my mind about 3 of them). Is there less supply? Is 95 <98? Because it seems like you, and others don't understand.
The company had been seeking occupancy levels of 97% or 98% in markets where it was a leader, Winn said. But when it began using YieldStar, managers saw that raising rents and leaving some apartments vacant made more money.

"Initially, it was very hard for executives to accept that they could operate at 94% or 96% and achieve a higher NOI by increasing rents," Winn said on the call, referring to net operating income. The company "began utilizing RealPage to operate at 95%, while seeing revenue increases of 3% to 4%.

Step 1, take a local market with ma and pa landlords with 98% rental occupancy, buy them out. Setup 2. Use YieldStar or Realpage and change occupancy rate to 95% Step 3 profit. Step 4, point out that not the exact same unit is being kept vacant all the time nothing to see here

Usually like this guy, but look, property management companies specifically DONT rent units out so they can make MORE money. It's not a myth it is literally what they do!

Um wtf?
Luigi Mangiune, supposed UHC CEO gunman, responds to a post about declining japanese population with his own ideas, they are :

Modern Japanese urban environment is an evolutionary mismatch for the human animal.

The solution to falling birthdates isn’t immigration. It’s cultural.

Encourage natural human interaction, sex, physical fitness and spirituality:
* ban Tenga fleshlights and “Japan Real Hole” custom pornstar pocket pussies being sold in Don Quixote grocery stores
* replace conveyor belt sushi and restaurant vending machine ordering, with actual human interaction with a waiter
* replace 24/7 eSports cafes where young males earn false fitness signals via Tekken fighting and Overwatch shooting games, with athletics in school
* heavily stigmatize maid cafes where lonely salarymen pay young girls to dress as anime characters and perform anime dances for them
* revitalize traditional Japanese culture (Shintoism, Okinawan karate, onsen, etc)

People are shitting on Tim Waltz saying he should have a bunch of stocks, I'm skeptical he has NO mutual funds from the reporting but what he has earned in a life of public service, is defined benefit pensions. Here is what I estimate he will make at full retirement age

Reading about the Manhattan Project in "The Declassification Engine" by Matthew Connely
A highlighted book excerpt says "The DuPont Corporation recruited Black women to come to Hanford to be clerical workers, for instance, but somehow they ended up being reassigned to be cooks or maids and were never promoted to white-collar positions."
